Feliz Día de las Madres

When you're around, most of the time all I want is to be alone. I can't help it, I was brought up that way. I remember when you used to tap me to sleep before leaving to work. I'd fall asleep because I knew you were around but I always know when you leave the front door even though you try to gently close it. I don't remember if I've cried when I'm left alone at home but I never failed to keep myself occupied. I'd stay in the living room because I felt that it was the most safest place in the house, and plus, I'll see you step in the second you get home from work. On your days off, you'd make breakfast for me the way I liked it - sunny side up - so I could fill the spoon with the liquid-ish egg yolk. I loved it.

In school I didn't have alot of friends. That didn't bother me though because I knew I had you even though sometimes you couldn't be there for me because of work. But I understood that it was all for my own good too. I must admit, I did just okay in school, maybe you had expected better, but no matter how bad I did, you'd always support me in everything I wanted to do. I'd hide things from you but it surprises me all the time when I realize that you are usually fine with it, had I told it to you.

You made me learn how to overcome my loneliness and fears and be independent. You've always supported me in everything I do, allowed me to go anywhere I wanted to go even though that means we will be apart and I love you. There's way too much for me to write and describe in words how much I do, but I know you know. Everything that I am is mostly because of you and your support. All I want is for you to keep smiling. You know you have the most luscious lips I sadly didn't get :P and perfect teeth I had to get braces for. I Love You Mum.

P.S.: I had chosen to write this because it makes me happy to see her photo here. My family and my life is very personal to me and I'd appreciate it if everyone would just understand to just leave it alone and keep the questions and comments regarding my personal life to yourself.

When asked what you would like to achieve with your exercise, the answer is most likely to be "lose weight" and "tone up". Everybody wants a tight and toned body. Especially in the mid-section. You have a good idea of what a toned body looks like. Jessica Alba. Carmen Electra. Giselle Bundchen. That is a toned-body. Toned suggested a distinctive firmness in all the places that matter and which give balance to your body shape.

Traditionally, when we think about reshaping the body, we think of fat-burning cardiovascular exercise but focusing on cardio alone will only help you to lose bodyfat. Running will NOT help you to tone up. Without proper toning exercise, you will only end up with lose or flabby skin, which makes even the most fit person look a little out of condition.

If you want a sexy and toned beach body, the only way you can achieve it is by training with weights like dumbbells & weight machines.

This is what we call weight-training. Now, I know the first image that's probably in your mind right now is popping veins and bulging muscles like the Governor of California but to obtain those bulky muscles, you literally have a spend hours in the gym. The level of strength training required for general good health will not produce bulk in women.

If you are worried about weight gain as a side effect of weight training, you should know that regularly incorporating strength training into your exercise regimen will actually help you control your weight. It is likely that you gain a few pounds once you begin strength training but bear in mind that muscle is more dense than fat and this means that while muscle may weigh more, it takes up less space.

Muscle tissue is metabolically active, unlike fat tissue. This means that even at rest, muscle tissue is burning calories. And of course, you will burn more calories if you have more muscle than fat percentage in your body.
