Hi Fay! Nice blog with really good info and advice! Personally my weight and fitness has gone in cycles over the years… gaining weight way past the point my clothes don’t fit then coming to my senses and going on an intensive fitness & weightloss programme. Twice in my life I’ve lost about 20kg and now I’m in my 3rd round… sigh.
But things are looking up
I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and gained back my fitness and shape – trick is to maintain, which is always the hardest!
I agree with the idea of the diary
I keep track of what I eat too but not with a diary… in my head!
My friends are surprised when I talk about calories but I always tell them one thing – If you want to accomplish something significant, sometimes you gotta be a bit obsessive!

True
And I realized the hard way.. age does play a part too! Once past 30… it gets harder to keep the pounds off and I had to put in double effort to lose the weight *sigh* I wanna keep that belly at bay for as long as I can! haha.
