    Unsweetened Almond milk is also really good, if you haven’t tried it. I especially love it because its very low in calories (just 35-45 calories in 8 ounces), but still gives you the almond fix.

    I just want to make sure. I’m really happy to receive your personal mails because I subscribed. But I’m wondering whether you are paid to endorse certain diet regimes/books/etc. It will be hurtful if you hadn’t tried them yourself.
