		<description>Hi, so I&#039;ve always been pretty fat and I really don&#039;t want to stay that way; especially since I&#039;m leaving the U.S. to go the Philippines where everyone is just smaller then (height, bones, weight, etc.) me and I really don&#039;t think just running is going to help much. mind being more specific on what you mean by cardio and (insert body part) exercises? please and thank you!</description>

im working shifts 8sm-8pm on day 1 and 8pm-8am on day 2, and a 2 days off after that and the routine continues.
