Here's a fun way to get some sun while burning calories: Walk a dog!
I spent a beautiful afternoon yesterday at the park with my sister's dog, Snickers.
He's a goldendoodle (mix of golden retriever & poodle). Cutest dog ever - he's 3 years old and was born in Indiana (USA).

Giovanni’s Organic Shampoo
I stumbled upon this hair product by chance when I was Bangkok and forgot how great it is! So I forgot to pack my dry shampoo (check out my review for Klorane's dry shampoo here) and my scalp was itching like crazy after two days without washing it, so I went to the supermarket down the road to get a bottle of shampoo & conditioner.
Giovanni's Organic Hair Care immediately caught my eyes.
I was introduced to this brand years ago, when my aunt gave me a bottle of their leave-in conditioner that she got from the States. But I couldn't find it anywhere else once it ran out so I switched it other brands... until recently.
Anyway, back to my itchy scalp, I didn't bring enough cash with me when I went to the supermarket so I only managed to buy the shampoo.
Got back home, washed my hair and let it air-dry.
Even without the conditioner, my hair was soft, untangled and beautiful. I was so amazed.
Got to love organic products. Just can't go wrong with it.
Besides, why would you soak your hair in chemicals?

This film is to be released in Singapore on August 27, 2009. It's a must-watch.

- Alyssa and I both weren't very satisfied with our dish
I had the Bay Prawn Capellini while she had the Oregon Salmon Hash
- Andrew's Ahi Taki salad however, was a good choice (I liked it too)
- took forever for the waiter to clear the table even after requesting for the dessert
- declined a free scoop of ice-cream even though it was my birthday (what a shame!) 
- dessert took awhile to come and wasn't all that amazing. I only had a few bites of the brownie because it was a waste of calories!
- nothing fantastic about a scoop of $3.50 vanilla ice-cream either!
- only savior was the truffle fries.

They surprised me with a delicious home-made chocolate cake and sang me a birthday song... Oh, I cried tears of joy ^_^
Best part about the cake is that the topping was made with quality chocolate melt...
Celebratory champagne (and wine and margaritas)
Definitely worth the calories!
