Breakfast Foods – Michael Yeung
"GNC is way too expensive in Singapore! This is my "poor man's" pre and post workout shake. Delicious..." - Michael Yeung
His shake consists of:
450 ml of skimmed milk (can be substituted with soy milk or water)
2 tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter
1 teaspoon of instant coffee beans
3 tablespoons of lowfat or no fat yogurt (vanilla or plain yogurt usually goes best because with the peanut butter banana and coffee the taste is already quite strong. I wouldn't recommend going with a fruity flavored yogurt.)
1 banana
a handful of granola (the more you grab, the thicker the shake will be.)
4-6 ice cubes
Makes about 18-20ozs, blend away!

Thanks for sharing, Mikey!

Hi Fay,
may I know if potato chips would be healtheir than crackers? Since it’s made of potato? Does it raise insulin as much? What about sweet potatoes? Thanks.

Chips & crackers don’t exactly fall into the ‘Healthy’ category in my books. Baked or not. However, it is totally OK as a treat. Just don’t over-indulge!

You’re so pretty and have an amazing body!
May I ask what face skin products are you using?
Thank you!
P.S whenever I come to your web, it motivates me to workout but I never do it in the end

Thank you, B! I use skin products from Shiseido. I’ve tried switching to other brands but it never works out well on my skin after a while. I heard that Shiseido’s skin care line is well-suited for Asian skin and it proves itself to be – well, for me, at least! I use their ‘Pureness’ skin care range. You need to step it up, girl! Motivate yourself

Hi Fay, wanted to check that when you order clothes from yestyle.com, how long does it take?? (:

It takes about a week or two to process and for them to get the products from the source (unless they already have it ‘In-Stock’). They send it out once they have all your items ready and you should get it in the mail within about 3-4 days. They will also provide you with the tracking number, which I find very useful
