Hello, Hello?

It puts a smile on my face when I get emails from readers of my blog because I always wonder why people seldom comment on my posts. I appreciate that at least some people are thoughtful enough to send me a personal note :)

If you enjoy reading my blog, show me some love by leaving a comment on my posts!

Have you ever been alone at home and sometimes hear strange sounds coming from the living room and you know that there's no one else at home but you? Do you attempt to drown out the sounds with music but can't help but put it on mute when you hear it getting louder? When you do actually stop to listen, it's all silent. Is it just in your head? I have to admit, I've been more paranoid since I saw that movie 'Paranormal Activity'. It wasn't super shocking, I didn't even scream when I saw the movie, it's not like one of those cheap horror movies where they scare you with build-up music and sound effect. But the whole concept and ending of the movie really made me wonder if there really is something else out there. THINGS happening when I'm sound asleep. Creepy. Very, very creepy.

This movie made me more paranoid at night. Thanks, Spielberg.

FYI, did you know that this movie cost $11,000 to make but already made more than $88 million since it came out a few weeks ago?

  1. Heya Fay,

Wanted to know what exactly did you do and eat the last time you were at 51-55kg weight band. Because am kinda stuck in this phase not unless I really workout hard and eat ultra clean. Could you provide some tips one what exactly you ate and did the last time you were there to help me proceed to the 45-50 zone. Thanks!

    • A lot of late nights, junk food and snacks in between meals! A good way to start is by changing your diet. I started out by changing what I eat, how often and how much I eat as well as making sure I get up at 8am every morning to do 45 minutes of cardio (either running, swimming or in-line skating) followed by 15 minutes of relaxation (crunches/stretching/yoga) 5 days a week. I’ve written about this on one of my articles :)

It is just as important not to feel discouraged if you know that you are putting your heart and soul into achieving your goals as it is important not to be complacent once you get there. Good luck!

  2. hi fay,

have been enjoying your blog! love it when you give tips on how to live life healthily! i think one reason why you’re not getting many comments on your blog is because you require an email address for anyone who comments.

maybe you can change this? hope this helps. ;)
