Okay. Personally, I think it’s good that you share more (content) and update more frequently on your daily lifestyle, diet, exercise regime, etc because this is your personal blog but doesn’t feel as ‘close’ to you. I read and wait for your updates everyday. It’s good you included some ads on fitness but I was thinking it’ll be more motivating to have YOU in those ads. Maybe you can use Photoshop or Illustrator to create.

I think sorting out your previous blog post on your side bar will help readers to find what they want Because I had difficulty trying to read all your post on exercise regimes.. Haha. Perhaps you can tell us what you do usually during weight training, how heavy are your weights usually, or how do you do interval running so that starters will have a better idea I like your advices btw!
Anyway I have a heavy bottom and I have been doing weight training by following the lesmills body pump regime.. I became fitter, more comfortable with myself but my legs are still not in shape… Especially the inner thighs and butt Any suggestions?

Prolly more about your gym exercise routines, your daily food intakes ? So beginners would know where to start and what they should do. Also, i’d like to know how it was like when you first started working out. I remember reading one of your post where you had been binging. How’d you get back on track and stick with it ? Wasn’t it intimidating going to the gym ? Do you usually go alone ? Thanks Fay, your of amazing help and motivation!
