This Is Me… Post-Workout

Promax Diet high-protein shake. I've just started taking this on Monday right after my workouts. Will write a review on it soon.

Brown rice + Balinese fish + mushroom tofu

Brown rice + sweet & sour fish + garlic broccoli

I try to keep the  food proportions small so I don't feel stuffed after eating. That's key. The protein shake also seem to help control my eating. Not bad I must say. Wait for an update on that next week.

  4. hi fay, i have been interested in taking protein shakes and I want fit and trim body such as urs.Will protein shakes do good on me? i work out once or twice in a week and eat healthy but i do overeat at times. I am slim bt i want tone and trim body. is that achievable without protein shakes?
