8AM. EVERY MORNING. LET’S RUN.

Building up my stamina for this Saturday's Standard Chartered 5km fun run. I'm on the treadmill because there's just nowhere to run in my neighborhood. I just hope I won't pass out from heat exhaustion when I'm out there!

  1. hi i have been following your blog for a long time, and trying out your workouts too :) but i have really flabby skin at the armpit area where when i wear tank tops, there are extra skin squeezed out. can you recommend some exercises which might make them disappear? thanks :)

  2. meh… im sure you can even outrun some guys la fay, haha dont worry bout passing out… just get enough rest before the race should be fine.. XD. and to kelly, im sorry but i dont have any tips to share with you on how to reduce the flab at your armpit area ( eventhough you didnt ask me hhehehe )
