The Recipe For Perfect Abs
30% Gym + 70%Diet.
Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.

Taken for my first magazine cover shoot in 2009.
That tiny waist is now layered with a bit of "excess" (no thanks to greasy food and suppers) but looking at this photo gives me comfort in knowing that I've reached my goal once and I can definitely do it again.

hi fay, i’m 160cm and maybe due to my short torso, i’m finding it hard to trim off fat from my lower abdomen even after running 4.5km twice every week, doing a couple of workouts after that n restricting my diet. any tips?
