		<description><![CDATA[i love packing my lunch to work too. I used to pack salad and leave it in the fridge at work(its like 5hours before i can eat it). The thing is... the salad often dont look as fresh. Then i switched to wrap and it was bad; turn soggy. Now im switching btw oatmeal &amp; sandwiches (which i dont think is that healthy and clean) 

could you pls share how you do your lunch/packing and the recipes?]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Hi Fay, I&#039;m a loyal reader of your blog. I love all your fitness related posts. I myself started a weight loss journey last year and lost over 30kgs, since it&#039;s been a slow process (14-15months), beginning this year, I&#039;ve started losing motivation and from indulging once a week to eating bad foods almost daily. (potato chips, fried foods, etc) I got the workout down, but it&#039;s hard for me to say no to bad foods even thou I know they are bad for me. I still need to lose over 15kilos to be in the healthy weight range zone (I have a high BMI) . What advise you have for me? Would really love your insights.

PS : Do you really eat clean all the time, or do you indulge sometimes? Especially if you go to a certain events or friends gathering etc, do you stay strict with your diet or eat what everyone else is eating?]]></description>
