READ my interview, ANSWER a very simple question & SUBSCRIBE to TASTE e-Magazine for your chance to WIN a set of products from Maxitone's Sculptress Range! There are 3 sets to be given away!
The Maxitone mini shaker and protein shake is a MUST-HAVE! The Sculptress diet protein bar is also GREAT, I take one with me when I'm out in case I need a meal replacement. You know sometimes you're out and about and feeling kinda hungry but there aren't many healthy food choices around... Don't fall into the FAST FOOD CHAIN TRAP!
As for the Sculptress tablets, it helped with shedding those last few pounds for me. Bear in mind that it is NOT a diet pill so unless you combine proper exercise and diet plan, don't expect a miracle!
Make sure you send your email by next Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Good luck everyone!

‘THE BORNEO INCIDENT’
As lightly mentioned in my previous post, I recently just worked on my first feature film called 'The Borneo Incident'. We just did a press conference on Tuesday (April 3rd, 2012) where a sneak preview of the trailer was shown to the media. We also did a number of interviews with New Straits Times, The Star and Bernama to mention a few. The movie is set to be released sometime in September although an exact date is yet to be determined.
Thank you for all your support thus far! Now check out the trailer!
Movie Synopsis: 5 young, fun-loving travelers are documenting their travels from New York to Borneo via Malaysia on the journey of a lifetime. The purpose of the trip is to discover Henry Golding's familial roots from the Iban head-hunting tribe in Borneo, only to discover the tribe has crossed the border into the unfamiliar territory of the Indonesian tribes. As the group venture deeper into the jungles, they begin to realize that an 'unfamiliar territory' is not somewhere you want to be on the island of Borneo.

Woke up to GREAT news today when someone tweeted a photo of a newspaper article in The Star with ME in it!

Proudly donning adidas Originals. OH YEAH!

PS: It's not assam laksa, but Sarawak laksa that I occasionally like to indulge in!
Adidas Brings Out The Best Woman In You
I'm blessed! I've always been an adidas girl for as long as I've done sports so I was thrilled to hear that they wanted me to be a part of their new women's campaign. In line with their new Spring/Summer 2012 Sport & Style collection, the campaign is inspired by next generation athletes who embody the adidas brand anthem ‘adidas is all in’. Now I don't know about you, but when I put on my adidas, I feel like I'm ready to take on any challenge! That's exactly what this campaign is about - it's for women who dare.
So a few weeks ago, I did a video shoot with adidas. The video was released 2 weeks later at the media event held at Teeq & Rootz in Kuala Lumpur. Here it is...
Absolutely LOVED the campaign photos too!

Some outtakes from the shoot...

Minimal make-up, high-tops & a whole load of ass-kicking.

I had quite a workout that day! It was pretty much a full-day of exercise, haha!
The media event was hosted by Hansen Lee and the show kicked off with this group of fitness instructors who definitely HAD THE MOVES!

At the media event showcasing the new adidas Spring/Summer 2012 Women’s collection. These girls did an amazing, high energy performance involving aerobics, dance and combat! Loved it!

Thank you for all the support and the love on my blog. I never expected that it would take me this far and I'm so grateful to YOU, my readers! YOU keep me going and this blog rolling. I'm pleased to share that I'm currently taking a personal training course with ACE Fitness (about time!) as I realized that THIS is what I really want to get into. So here's to another chapter in my fitness journey... Carpe diem!
Ready To Roll
As mentioned in my previous post, I did a shoot with David Yeow last January when he came to visit from Melbourne. Here are some of our favorite shots...

Just another day rollin' around on the floor with my dumbbells... Haha! Just kiddin', this was just a candid.
P.S.: If you follow me on Twitter, you can now find me on Instagram too!
Can You Relate To This?
You sit in your towel after a shower because you’re too lazy to get dressed. You and your best friend can say one word, and crack up. You hate when one string of your hoodie is longer than the other. You hate it when people think you like someone when you clearly don’t. You hate it when your favorite song comes on, as you pull into the driveway. You feel like if you turn on the lights, you will be safe from anything. You push those little buttons on the lids of fast-food drinks. You laugh until people get hurt, then stop when you realize it’s serious. You hate it when parents get serious about something funny you tell them. You hate when you tell a guy to shut up and they copy you in a higher voice. You pretend to sleep when your parents come in. You text the person next to you things that you can’t say out loud. You hate when people in front of you walk really slow and you can’t get past them. You’re always tired no matter how much sleep you get. You stop the microwave before it hits 00:00 to avoid hearing the beeps. You use the “sup” head nod. You just did the nod after you read it. You hate when you are mad at someone and they make you laugh. You check the fridge every now & then to see if food magically appeared.
