You may be wondering who I am, and I want to give you a chance to know me on a more personal level. I first saw light in beautiful island (city) Singapore and  was born to wonderful Chinese, Indonesian & Peranakan parents.

I was an August baby born a Leo, always full of energy, out-going and ready to have a good time. I kept myself busy growing up, I was either singing, writing or  hitting the beach. Being as ambitious as I was, I tried out and did several different extra curriculum activities in school such as female rugby, cheerleading, military band, the art club and plays.

In college I studied Visual Communication, majored in Publication and minored in advertising, web and graphic design. I first did modeling when I was 18 when I was talent-scouted and asked to join a teenage modeling competition. I did several editorials from there which included Maxim, FHM and NewMan. After graduation, I flew to Florida, and lived in Key West with an aunt, Martini, and did a few photoshoots in Miami. It was a great opportunity to be able to work with other models from Miami and the whole experience was insightful.

My first time backpacking was to Guatemala where I travelled for 3 days on my own. My aunt and I were there for a total of 10 days and it was probably the most adventurous and exciting days of my life. The last 3 days when I was on my own was probably the scariest as I had to follow my instincts and learn to be independent. People would say Martini was insane for letting me go on my own when I didn’t even speak Spanish or did any backpacking before, but I was grateful that she did.

I was 20 when I stayed in San Jose, California, where I stayed with another aunt, and did more photoshoots in the bay area before returning to Singapore. I have to say I have been very blessed to be doing what I am doing and I am very appreciative of everyone’s love and support. I hope my bio gives a glimpse of who I really am and I hope I brought you just a step closer to myself. Those curious to know about my name, should read this.
