Booty Boost: Wake Up & Perk It Up

You’re not gonna get the butt you want by sitting on it! Start your day right and perk up with 3 of the best butt exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home. If you’re looking to make that gluteus maximus a little more minimus, you’ll love what you can get out of these few exercises. It is aimed to tone and lift your posterior giving you an added boost of confidence!
You'll need: Ankle weights (optional) and a bench.
You can do these workouts with or without ankle weights. I recommend starting out without the weights to get a feel of the range of motion. Then, progress with a 2lbs to 5lbs weighted bands on each leg for added resistance.
You can find ankle weights at most sports equipment store or large supermarket. I got these at Tesco for less than RM30.
Let the booty-lifting commence!

Booty Booster Workout #1 – Capoiera Squat
Strengthen and lengthen those legs with this exercise.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and fists at your sides. Squat down as if sitting in a chair and extend your left leg directly behind your right ankle. Touch your right hand to the floor beside your right foot for support. Return to starting position and repeat with your right foot to complete the rep.
Do 3 sets of 12 reps.

Booty Booster Workout #2 – Superman Booty Lift
This is my one of my favorite exercises because it looks easy... until you try it!
You’ll need a bench. Lie face-down on the bench with legs hanging off. Keeping legs straight and hip-width apart, slowly lift them straight behind you as shown, squeezing butt as you hold for two counts; lower and repeat. Do 20 reps; rest for 20 seconds and repeat.

Booty Booster Workout #3 – Extended leg shoulder bridge
This is an great way to relieve tension in your lower back and work on your butt at the same time!
Lie on your back with knees bent, feet hip-width apart. Extend your left leg, point your toes and lift hips until your body is in alignment with your extended leg. Squeeze the glutes and hold the lifted position for 2 to 3 seconds then slowly lower hips to an inch above the ground. Keep the hands on the floor for more balance if needed. Repeat 20 times and switch legs.

For maximum results, combine these exercises with a 20 to 30 minute cardio workout. While there is no magic bullet for a smaller, rounder behind, there are many foods that are proven allies in burning off fat from the thighs and butt. Some of my favorite muscle-building foods are oats, asparagus, chicken breast and walnuts.
Exercise and eating clean will not only benefit your body, but your skin too! Motivation To Keep Fit With Pure Beauty

My inner motivation is that fresh feeling of rejuvenation after a workout. More sweat now means less jiggle later. See, good habits are as addictive as bad habits, only a lot more rewarding! Gaining confidence is definitely one of it.

Starting Clean With Biore Cleansing Oil Cotton Sheets
You would all know how I make fitness an integral part of my daily lifestyle. Cultivating a regular exercise regime allows me to maintain a radiant and clear complexion which all girls seek for. For myself, I always go the extra mile to take care of my skin.
Whenever I’ve plans to hit the gym, I make it a point to remove all my makeup. This is a especially crucial step when you know you’re going to be working up a sweat. All that pore clogging foundation simply can't be good for your skin while you're sweating it out. When your ring of eyeliner smudges, all I can say is that panda eyes are not normally a look you’d want to sport at the gym!
I keep it simple with lightly drawn brows and lip stain. Keep the rest of your face make-up free. However, if you must use eyeliner, skip the pencil and line your lower lash line with dark eye shadow instead to avoid smudging.
You’ll be getting that natural flush while working up a sweat, so you can pass on the blusher.
I used to travel around with not one, but TWO bottles of make-up remover -- one for the face and another specifically just for removing waterproof make-up. They are definitely a hassle to lug around but we often don’t wash our face thoroughly enough to remove all the make-up. I simply can’t take any chances with my skin.
Today I’ve found a handy product that saves me from that dreaded makeup removal routine.

For All Your Hair Questions…
I decided to go for a hair relaxing treatment because I was getting a little bored of my long, wavy tresses. I spend way too much time styling my hair (blow-drying + tong) when I have to go out so I wanted a fuss-free hairstyle that's manageable and easy to style when I'm on the go.
Rebonding wasn't an option because my hair is naturally wavy so I was afraid it might end up looking 'puffy' and unnatural when it grows out it. Hair relaxing treatment could last between 3-6 months, you're advised not to wash your hair for 2 days and have it up as a ponytail for a week. Conditioning your hair with a hair mask at least 3 times a week is also recommended so it doesn't dry out or become frizzy.
