The ‘Lip Gloss Charm’ by Burberry is TDF
Pretty, simple and handy. The 'Lipgloss Charm' by Burberry (USD85) will go with any keyring or handbag. Definitely hitting Burberry stores when I'm back in Singapore this weekend!

Yoga Pug!
Hello again, Monday!
I hope everyone is starting the day right with some stretching like this little guy...

This one's for you, Tashie!
NYE Celebration @ Fullerton Bay Hotel + Birthday @ Filter Club
Last year, Rachel invited me to celebrate NYE at Fullerton Hotel and that was fun but this year, Tiffany got a suite at the Fullerton Bay Hotel so we got to watch an amazing view of the fireworks from the balcony! It was so much more spectacular as we were closer to the bay and the fireworks.
I invited Helen to spend the New Years weekend with me so she won't be bored in KL. I'm pretty sure NYE in Singapore is bigger than in KL. Counting down in a club is just won't do!
Oh yes, if you're interested in doing pilates, Song (far right) teaches at Pilates Flow. Check it out! I have yet to try pilates...
I wasn't kidding about being sick. Both Helen and I. We even tried the whisky and warm water 'trick' but it didn't really help much (the next morning we were still coughing in bed like an old couple). Although, we did forget that we even had a cough when we were partying that night because we were too busy having fun.
Watching fireworks by the bay... Amazing!

We went to Filter the next night for Langan's birthday. Nice shirt, by the way! It said "I like girls that like girls".

Helen wasn't the only one from KL who came to Singapore to party... So did Henry and Hansen! Total riot.

Liv was also visiting Singapore that weekend for NYE. If she looks familiar to you, you may have seen her on my previous post about a dress I wore from Joanne Kitten (available on YesStyle). She's been a model for that brand for 4 years now. She's also modeled for one of my favorite brands - a Japanese version of Victoria's Secret called Ravijour.
Happy New Year to everyone, I hope you had a fun & memorable time too.

Are you ready for 2011?

I've decided to surprise you with the *new blog* a day in advanced (also because, realistically speaking, I will be out partying on New Year's eve...)!
How do you like it? I have so much planned for 2011 and I can't wait to share it with you on my blog.
Thank you to my loyal readers who keep me stoked and always wanting to learn and share new things on this blog. This blog is for you as much as it is for me.
I am soooo ready for 2011, which seems to be yet another promising year for the Rabbit (holla to those born in '87)!
2010's resolution was to 'Be One With Nature', in 2011 it will be all about 'Progress For Success'
Happy New Year Everyone! Enjoy the fireworks. I'll be back to with more inspiration and motivation for you in the new year.
Fat Bitch Walk?!
I'm not sure which is more disturbing - that there's a song called 'The Fat Bitch Walk' or this guy dancing in his drawstring pants. I'm embarrassed to admit that I watched this whole video but you gotta admit it's got a catchy tune and pretty funny lyrics.
DEFINITELY not putting this into my Gym Playlist. Or should I? You know, it'll be like reverse psychology...
New Site Coming Soon…
Here's a little preview...

I'm taking suggestions on what you'd like to see or more of what you'd like to see on WLF, so leave your comments on this post!
How To Spoil Me This Christmas
No fancy shoes, handbags or make-up (although I'll gladly accept them). For Christmas this year, I'd like to spoil myself with these 4 gadgets...
1. I figured it's about time I get myself a proper camera, my Canon IXUS has been great but the Canon S95 is better. You know, for macro shots and HD videos
2. I got myself a Blackberry Curve 9300 a couple of weeks ago and now I can't survive a day without BBM (Blackberry Messenger). I wished I'd waited and gotten the Blackberry Bold 9780 because the Curve doesn't come with a camera flash, which renders the camera function as useless as my iPhone 3Gs. I still have love for you, iPhone!
3. Speaking of iPhones, I love my Apple products - my Macbook, iPhone, iPod, iPod Shuffle and all the works. But I've been meaning to get a notebook for traveling and PC software purposes and the Sony Vaio W Series Mini Notebook make the perfect cut!
4. I used to think my ex was crazy (well, he was attending anger management classes) for having a Free Standing Cardio Bag at home but now I see how awesome it'd be to do boxing at home. Boxing helps you to de-stress, is a great cardio workout and keeps you fit... it's a win-win-win situation.
The question is, which to get first?

Alternatively, I'd do sushi take-out and a movie marathon in bed on any special occasion.
30 days left 'til Christmas!
How are you spending it? No pun intended
What Are Americans Eating?
It's interesting to read some of the visual statistics on VisualEconomics.com . From 'Financial Habits of The American Youth' to 'How The World Spends Its Time Online', the simple graphs show a clear perspective on what and how much we consume in our daily lives. While some of the statistics are somewhat trivial and less important than others, I couldn't help but share this rather predictable statistic on how much food and beverage the average American consumes over the course of ONE year...

I am surprised that we consume more dairy products than corn/corn syrup and cereal products combined. After watching 'Food Inc.', you would think we drink more soda (aka corn syrup) than milk. I am surprised they didn't include 'Beer' in a separate category on the graph. In short, this diagram (especially the summary at the bottom) is trying to tell us that Americans consume a lot of french fries, pizza, ice-cream, soda and caffeine in our daily diet. Interesting, isn't it? I'd really like to see a graph on 'How Much We Exercise/Spend Our Energy' next.
9 Essentials In My Gym Bag

Bagspace.sg sent me an email a few weeks ago and asked if I could share "What's In My Bag", in response to my posts about "What's In Your Shopping Cart?". So here it is! My favorite bag of the moment is this Faux Leather Shoulder Bag (COACH-inspired) from YesStyle.com . I love that you can carry it on your arm, over your shoulder or even as a sling bag (it comes with a changeable strap). In fact, I love it so much that I have another one in baby blue (no longer available).

IN this bag, you will find at least 9 of my bag essentials...

1. Tiffany & Co. aviator shades - I've had this for a year now and it goes with everything I wear, can't go wrong with it.
2. Adidas water bottle - Gotta make sure I stay hydrated!
3. Adidas training gloves - Wouldn't want the smell of iron or skin peeling on my palm when I'm doing weight training...
4. iPod Shuffle + headphones - Music keeps me pumped when working out.
5. Shiseido powder + brush - Just so my face won't shine like a mirror...
6. Bath & Bodyworks hand sanitizer (Japanese Cherry Blossom) - Do you have any idea how dirty public place (or even your own home) can be? Best to keep your hand sanitized, especially if you have a habit of touching your face or eating/picking food with your hand.
7. Abercrombie & Fitch '8' Perfume - My favorite scent!
8. Victoria's Secret body lotion (Honeysuckle Belle) - Daily moisturizing keeps your skin firm, healthy, and smelling good.
9. FOCAL Deodorant from Boots... - This is the best deodorant, ever! I always get my friends to get this for me when they visit Thailand. I wished they had Boots here. They have a few quality house-brand products. This deodorant spray in particular is great because it's fragrance-free, hypo-allergenic and all natural (Ingredients: Alum, Allantoin, Niacinamide, Propylene Glycon, Aqua) - it's almost like spraying water, except you'll smell good all day
