Quote of The Day: Set Your Goal + Deadline
♡
The difference between a goal and a dream is a deadline.
- Steve Smith

See that roll of fat when you do sit-ups? Keep doing until it's gone.

Are you ready for 2011?

I've decided to surprise you with the *new blog* a day in advanced (also because, realistically speaking, I will be out partying on New Year's eve...)!
How do you like it? I have so much planned for 2011 and I can't wait to share it with you on my blog.
Thank you to my loyal readers who keep me stoked and always wanting to learn and share new things on this blog. This blog is for you as much as it is for me.
I am soooo ready for 2011, which seems to be yet another promising year for the Rabbit (holla to those born in '87)!
2010's resolution was to 'Be One With Nature', in 2011 it will be all about 'Progress For Success'
Happy New Year Everyone! Enjoy the fireworks. I'll be back to with more inspiration and motivation for you in the new year.
Is That You, Kelly Osbourne?
Kelly Osbourne (left) with Miley Cyrus. Doesn't Kelly remind you of Carmen Electra here?
Some celebrities can go from fit to fat or vice versa when a role in a movie calls for it. Others go through dramatic weight loss/gain due to stress, or simply for the better. 25 year-old Kelly Osbourne, who was once more voluptuous, has ditched her dark locks and rockstar image for a more feminine, mature look and has lost 50lbs since 'Dancing With The Stars'.

Kelly Obsbourne Now:
She's even appeared on the cover of SHAPE magazine since her weight transformation:
'A trick I've learned is to eat just a little bit of something that has no carbs and no sugar in it before you go to sleep because it keeps your metabolism going.
'They say you should never eat before you go to bed, but I've found just having a tiny little snack - like half an apple or something like that - before you go to sleep really helps.'
'Pilates is amazing, my posture is so much better and I'm even starting to get muscles on my tummy - it's incredible,' she has said.
'I’m a girl, girls are never happy with the way they look. There is always something that you want to change but I will say that this is the most content that I have ever been in my life.’

I like Kelly's new look! She's not crazy skinny and she does look a lot more mature and demure. I'm sure she's still a little rockstar at heart, but it's good that she's embracing change and a healthier lifestyle.
Be A Fan: Johnnie Walker Malaysia
I've actually cut down on drinking a lot since I told myself that I better stay away from alcohol if I want to lose weight faster and more effectively. It helped a lot and I definitely have more energy these days because I'm not staying up late and having late night suppers after a night out. I don't even remember the last time I had vodka, but in all honesty, I don't think I'll ever be able to give up whisky. One of the reasons why I love Johnnie Walker so much is its philosophy behind their favorite line - 'Keep Walking™'.
Most times when you're struggling to find a way out of what seems like an endless road of obstacles, you'll realize that the only way to through is to Keep Walking™. Which is why I think Winston Churchill's famous quote should be "If you're going through hell, keep walking" (instead of keep going) - something I tell myself everyday when I'm at the gym.
I got this sweet Limited Edition JW 4gb race car USB pen drive and you could win cool JW merchandise too if you Be A Fan on the Johnnie Walker Malaysia Facebook Fanpage and participate in their online contests such as the latest one they did which received a lot of feedback with more than 10 lucky winners!
NOT For YOUR Viewing Pleasure

I don't exercise and eat a balanced diet to discipline myself for YOUR viewing pleasure.
I do it to get STRONGER so it hurts more when I punch you in the skull for spewing your body-policing fatphobic bullshit.

✌ ♥ ☀
That's just badass.
Thank God For Running…
♡
"A run will just be there for you and kick your ass when you need it. And when it does, you will thank it."

Running does amazing things to my body and I am so grateful for running. Like how I bet Kobe Bryant is thankful he is able to jump and play basketball. Or how Manny Pacquiao is thankful to have strong fists and shins.
My current workout routine is 20 minutes on the treadmill doing Intervals while increasing the speed every 5 minutes and then on to resistance (weight) training on a targeted muscle group (shoulders/back/legs/abs) for the remaining 40 minutes or so.
Someone busier than you is running right now. So what are you waiting for? Go out there and pound the pavement.

Drive yourself on until you can go no further. And then, go farther.

Girls who can do proper push-ups are hot.
In response to an email sent in by a reader about committing suicide…
I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
Only the weak give up on life. Stay strong. Mental strength is just as important as physical strength!

6. Have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same time everyday.
7. Take a multi-vitamin.
