<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #888888;"><span style="color: #333399;">450 ml of skimmed milk</span> (can be substituted with soy milk or water)<br />
<span style="color: #333399;">2 tablespoons of reduced fat peanut butter<br />
1 teaspoon of instant coffee beans</span><br />
<span style="color: #333399;">3 tablespoons of lowfat or no fat yogurt </span>(<em>vanilla or plain yogurt usually goes best because with the peanut butter banana and coffee the taste is already quite strong. I wouldn't recommend going with a fruity flavored yogurt.</em>)<br />

<span style="color: #333399;">a handful of granola</span> (the more you grab, the thicker the shake will be.)<br />
