Some people may find that soy milk tastes too sweet, so go for the “no sugar added” option. My choice of soy milk would be SILK Vanilla Soy Milk. It tastes light and good and absolutely yummy. I also find that it helps with the sinus problems I get from drinking regular milk or having some ice-cream.
