Running does amazing things to my body and I am so grateful for running. Like how I bet Kobe Bryant is thankful he is able to jump and play basketball. Or how Manny Pacquiao is thankful to have strong fists and shins.
My current workout routine is 20 minutes on the treadmill doing Intervals while increasing the speed every 5 minutes and then on to resistance (weight) training on a targeted muscle group (shoulders/back/legs/abs) for the remaining 40 minutes or so.
Someone busier than you is running right now. So what are you waiting for? Go out there and pound the pavement.
