I’M BACK! Been awhile, huh? I was starting to get comments, tweets and emails asking why I haven’t been around. I’d like to refrain from using the term ‘busy’ because people say that all the time, especially when you live in the city. So let’s just say I have been actively involved in other things such as…
1. I’m undergoing a Personal Training course at FIT Malaysia. Classes are on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10am so I’m usually in bed by midnight and start my day around 7am.
2. I’m working with Maxinutrition Singapore on a project called the New Body Challenge. It is a personal challenge for people to challenge themselves for 30 days to get a New Body. Jon Lee, Paul Foster & I are going on this fitness journey together with support from Maximuscle, Maxitone and True Fitness. The progress will be documented on video (and self-portrait photos) which will later be shared at the end of the 4 weeks. I’ve been training hard with Adrian, my badass PT at True Fitness (Kenanga). So stoked about this, I can’t wait to share the end result!
3. Getting better in the kitchen! There are plenty of good food here in Malaysia, especially in KL, but I still struggle to find healthy restaurants here so I’ve been spending more time in kitchen (Abs = 70% diet + 30% gym so eating clean is a very important factor of the New Body Challenge too).
4. Hosting events, castings, writing emails, planning my schedule and other household chores… Hey, somebody’s gotta do it!
And another piece of exciting news… I’m moving this blog to FayHokulani.com VERY SOON! Still working on the site so once that’s ready, you’ll need to update your bookmarks.
