Since embarking on a personal fitness transformation, Fay Hokulani started a blog to share her health journey. She focuses on her passions ranging from motivational fitness and beauty advice to practical tips on food, nutrition and general wellness. Her blog eventually gained sizeable traction to the point where she has had the opportunity to collaborate with established fitness brands like Adidas, Maximuscle and MyProtein (US/UK).
While keeping up-to-date with relevant health and fitness topics on her blog, Fay grew a deeper interest in physical fitness. This led her to FIT Malaysia where she attained a certification in personal training under the globally-recognized American Council on Exercise (ACE). Fay worked with UFIT Singapore where she gained experience as a personal fitness coach. She hosted FourFourTwo Performance; a television program on Astro SuperSport that shares insights on how to train, eat, think like a professional soccer player.
Fay is confident in motivating her clients by sharing her knowledge and personal experience to offer challenging and progressive exercise programs. Her style is to tailor workout programs to achieve specific personal goals ranging from weight loss, strength and conditioning, as well as general fitness. She strives to further expand her fitness expertise through continuing education and obtaining new certifications in the future. She is currently undergoing yoga teacher training at Pure Yoga Singapore.
